  • Albus delivers personalized bi-weekly development reports for children ages 0–3. The service is provided “as-is” and is intended for informational purposes only.

  • Nothing in Albus constitutes medical, developmental, or psychological advice. Reports are research-informed suggestions, not clinical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns about your child.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with others outside the co-parent or partner recipients you designate in settings.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from Settings, with no email required and no retention pop-ups. Access continues through the end of your paid period. Yearly subscribers may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • Text messaging is optional. If you add a mobile number and check the consent box during onboarding, Albus sends a welcome text and a short confirmation each time you text us an observation. Message frequency depends on how often you log observations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We never sell or share your phone number, your messages, or your messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.   • We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
